The board of the Denhofe Foundation chose Delfe & Company to take the next step. The building committee recommended this in response to the call for tenders from three architectural firms, all based in Addis Ababa.

Delfe & Company was chosen because of the best match with the Program of Requirements in the proposed design. In addition, the financial foundation and communication were important points to proceed with this firm. The next step involves a modification of the proposed design in response to a number of preconditions that were tightened.
